- CN Y Added March 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disgusting attitude from the older gentleman, the fish is purely undercooked, but what he said was absolutely undeserved. His temper would loose customers for sure, in Cantonese he insisted the fish was cooked (even though the flesh was still transparent and sticking to the fish bone) and said because we are paying customers, we can say whatever we like. THAT IS BULL! Just open your eyes and see for yourself old timer, how should steam fish come out with transparent flesh and does not fall off from the bone? Unacceptable attitude! Will not recommend this to anyone. Better go to other restaurants for better service and quality! BTW, the female boss is a very lovely person, has had countless meals served by her and not a single bad experience.
